Atlas Systems maintains a dynamic outreach program focused on volunteerism, corporate giving, and cause marketing to support the communities we serve.
Our Initiatives
Atlas Systems provided a $5,000 corporate sponsorship for the "In Conversation With..." series to support educational development for underrepresented staff in state archives.
Since 2008, Atlas has sponsored a conference breakfast for scholarship winners to meet one another and RBMS and ACRL leaders. The organization promotes diversity in special collections and archival professions.
A private animal shelter described as "the only private animal shelter in the region to accept any companion animal that comes through its doors, regardless of age, breed, health, or temperament." The facility cares for approximately 7,000 animals annually without government funding.
A three-year initiative (2021-2024) that offers support for implementing the ArchivesSpace application to institutions that are underrepresented in the ArchivesSpace community. Atlas provides implementation resources including hosting, training, and technical support.
